Advertising Submission Information

We are now on a computer-to-plate workflow. All advertising material is converted to a PDF-X1a by our in-house production department to conform to the printers’ specifications.

For further information on specifications and standards, please go to:

Preferred Materials:
1) PDF-X1a
2) High Resolution EPS, TIFF or PDF with fonts and images embedded.
3) Quark file with all fonts and support elements.
4) All other formats, submit for approval.

Mechanical requirements:
Grayscale or CMYK, as appropriate.
2/C submit in Quark. 2/C is black + color of our choice.
Image Resolution: 300 recommended, 150 minimum
Screen: recommended 133
2/C Density: maximum combined 180%
4/C Density: maximum combined 270%.
4/C color proof required for color-critical material.
Hardcopy proof requested on all ads for visual reference.
